WOW!!! I have just returned to Melbourne after an incredible time today! We set off in the wee hours of Saturday morning (very tired) to journy up the notorious Great Ocean Road. Weather wasnt really on our side but the scenery was stunning anyway. Bit of a dodgy hostel last night but today bought a whole bundle of jewels to make up for it! For starters we got our official first taste of awesome aussie heat and clear blue skies, saw the 12 apostles (see last postcard pic) which are such a marvel. Then we stopped at this amazing little gorge/ bay thing which was just awesome and took my breath away. We wondered down to the beach and I did some yoga (while Fleur had a cigarette!!) on the beach and really felt my soul smile. I love that feeling of complete hapinness from within! The last 2 days have also been really cosmopolitan which I always like. Met danish, swedish, german, kiwis, aussies, brits, dutch.... always good to mix it up a bit as have been meeting many brits (as well as aussies obviously) til now. As important as the people is the cool wildlife we have seen. I have completly fallen for the koala's they are so cute. we saw lots in the wild. They sleep 20 hours a day! Just like me! Saw kangaroos in the wild too, they are cool and there were even some walking across a golf course!! Anyway, Im pretty shattered now so off to get my first early night! Tomorrow evening we will be sharing a schooner with some of the Neighbours crew at the Neighbours bar before heading up to Sydney on Tues or Wednesday so think of me on the 13 hour bus ride!! Every intention of uploading my pictures - which are great by teh way, but at the moment I am having too much fun and technology is being too irritating to me so you will have to wait a bit!
