Hey, T, What about an update!!! Nothing since New Zealand. I guess USA is getting a bit more down to earth - a staging point for return to UK. Hope you enjoyed LA and time with big bro and Manuela. Did you go to San Diego. Bad luck about the Grand Canyon or did someone manage to pull something out of the bag. We are all waiting with baited breath to hear your latest adventures. Take care. Lots of love. Mum

Dearest T,
I expect you are on your way now to California; wish I were with you. Give my love to John and his new bride.
I'm just collecting my things for my holiday in Greece, so maybe see you early June if you are home then.
Your PC of the caves arrived this morning - you are fantastically brave doing all that stuff, it would frighten me to death. And can you imagine what Gran would have said!!
I hope you will be able to come and see Catherine and Alex when you get back. She is so sweet at just 2 she is putting sentences together and it is intriguing to witness the development of language with no knowledge of or recourse to the written word. Absolutely enchanting! Alex is so active he nearly drives you mad, but again, it's good that he's so bright. Currently everything he eats he wants to analyse into food groups, vitamin content and diseases that are warded off!
Must go or Library will log me off shortly.
God Bless.

Hey chick!!
im so jealous your still travelling the world. Hope the weather in Fiji is kind to you, rained evry day non stop whilst I was there!! So much for topping up the tan before coming home. Yeah, fiji is pretty expensive. Theres an island on the nort called nananu i ri, near rakki rakki, which is cheap and beautiful. the Yasawas are meant to be incredible but the wallet wouldnt stretch that far for me! Instead went to Mana island, in the Manacua (or something) group. It was nice there, and cheapER than the Yasawas too! Dont waste anytime travelling the mainland, its not much. If your anything like me, Ive become a snob withbeautiful beaches etc, Ive seen so many now that my standards are so high!
Just in case you need reminding, COMING HOME SUCKS!!!!! Nothings changed apart from the amount of debt I have (so worth it though). My number fro when you arrive home is 07900 926583 dont hesitate to call. Living in London now (found a bargain flat on Great Portland Street) so party round mine yeah?!!!!
Stay cool and take care sweetie, Fern XXXXXXXXXX love to Fleaur X

Hello T
Just been looking at your pics. Find it quite wierd that you are on the other side of the world and that we're here, still doing normal day to day things! The Koalas are so cute!
Hope you're still having loads of fun. Miss you!! xx
Tom
New Zealand looks amazing and can't believe how brave/mad you are jumping out of a plane xx

Dearest T - I really can relate to your Bay of Islands note, as I was there about 8 years ago, and went to visit the same Maori meeting house and governor's residence, which struck me just the same as it did you! I also saw the giant tree - forgot the name! - said to be the oldest in the country, a sapling at the time Christ walked the Earth. Truly awe-inspiring.
I shall be sorry to miss John's wedding - I will be crewing in Greece at the time. Hope it all goes well. My love to all. Not much happening here, we're trying to get Jane back on her feet again as the children have been such a drain over the years. James is now into smearing his poo over the TV set, into the video and over the radiator and window (if he gets a chance).
Love

Hello honey
So good to hear from you and that your adventures are continuing! How's NZ? Say hi to my family out there for me!
Bear and Badger send their love, although Badger keeps on trying to run away. Think he's trying to find you! He's still the same size, Bear is about 5 times the size of him now!! I can't believe how quickly time has flown. Thank you so much for the email, will let you know how I go!!!
Love me xxx
