I woke a bit later, after Warren had dropped Flynn off. Flynn was a little less shy today and we played his guitar together. Jan kindly dropped us at the station again and we got the train into town, then the ferry out to Manly. Despite the ominous dark cloud above the city, on our way out to Many there was an excellent view of the city including the bridge and opera house.

At Manly is poured down with rain, we shopped and sat by the beach for half and hour before deciding the cloud had no end and made out way back home. Had some toast for a late lunch and watched Australian The Voice!

Jan was babysitting the Frankish as it was Coopers first parents evening so Ivor made us a yummy spaghetti bolognaise and we watched the final Twilight film (which was free on Ivor's Foxtel box) with Jan when she got home!
