Our last full day on Lembongan. :(

As we still had our scooter until 10am we went for another drive after breakfast. We asked staff if we were allowed to drive over the suspension bridge to Ceningan Island, which we were, but he warned us to be careful of the bamboo bit?

At the bridge it was very thin, room for one bike only. So once the coast was clear we held on for dear life and went for it. It was so rickety and dodgy! Every plank shook and made a noise as we drove over. Was like something out of an Indiana Jones film! We then got to the bamboo bit....which was clearly a temp hold up job where the wooden floor had gone... It was bits of bamboo across the bridge with two wooden planks for the bike wheels!!! But Garth drive well and we made it!

Ceningan island is small, long and thin. So we drove its length! There were hardly any tourists compared to Lembongan and had a lot more sea weed drying out and cows around. The roads were particularly bad but it was great seeing our 3rd Indonesian island and being able to look over the water to see our Lembongan island! There were tsunami safe point signs everywhere though!

We survived the ride back over the bridge (I have a video it prove it) and stopped at Dream Beach which was beautiful and very clean. However the waves were very strong so we didn't swim. But we enjoyed taking some photos. Garth even fell on his bum in the water which was funny!

Before giving back the scooter keys we made videos for Leo and JEA and made sure Garth took hoot graphic evidence of me driving the scooter! :)

The test of the day was very lazy and we treated ourselves to steal and cocktails for dinner!
