Shades in Paradise

Yesterday we went to see the famous 600 m high waterfall in a national park on the border between Goa and Karnataka. We had a swim in a pool under the waterfall and later saw that there were a lot of more than half meter long fish living in the same pool.

Yesterday evening we went to see a doctor as Marita had a small but bad looking infection in her foot an my stomach symptoms were not getting better. Marita got an antibiotic injection and the wound was cleaned. She also got antibiotic pills and cleaning and protection supplies for the wound.

My symptoms were diagnosed as amebiasis, so I also got an antibiotic injection and six types of pills for the following six days. Doctor also put me on strict vegan, no fat, diet for the same time. After starting the medication yesterday evening I already feel much better.
