ok, so i really don´t have alot to tell you since my last entry.
So left Puno at bout 7 am. felt little bit sad bout leaving here as i had sooooo much fun on lake titicaca. the people there were amazing and made you feel really welcome. Well we boarded the bus for about 4 hours. in this time we had to get off the bus 2 times to cross the Peru and bolivian board. at one point you had to walk in no mans land. once we did this we went for lunch at cocabanna!!! which was attacked to lake titcara. wasn´t very nice place and was pleased i was only there for lunch. after here we boarded a different bus (bolivian bus) which was very crazy. noone knew what was going on. even had chickens on the bus!!! after about 4 hours we arrived in La Paz.
I was very suprised with La Paz as it was alot biggre then i expected. In the eve we went out for dinner with the group as it the last supper for some of them. this was very sad ad the group was lovely. In the morning i book onto a city tour as i thought this would be the best way to see the city. wne to a lookout point and it was amazing to see such a concrete jungle. after this we headed to the moon valley which was very beautiful.
In the eve the small group met up for dinner and was very starange. Int he morning the group met up and headed to the pub to watch the 6 nations. It is very weird to go and watch british stuff when your away. makes you very homesick. After the rugby i headed to the witches market where you see dead cat and lima!!!! not veryu nice. can´t believe people actually buy that stuff. in the eve the new people arrived and we headed out to dinner.
The next day is where my nightmare went wrong!!! we left La paz bout 10.30 and board a bus. this bus took us to ururo. When i was on the bus i felt a little bit uncomfortable as a guy next to me kept on staring at me and i now know why. When we got off the bus ichecked my backpack and realised that someone had stolen my passport. the feeling of this is just awful!!!!! ended up in tears and getting the exact bus back. sat next to a very nice Bolivian who spent 4 hours teaching me spanish. once i arrived in La Paz i headed back to the hotel andthey told me there was no room. but luckly my old room mate Tracey was still there soi stayed in her bed.
The next day i spent half the day inthe police station and then hlf day in the english embassy. The hotel were excellent and sent a guy round with me to everywhere i needed to goto make sure i was ok. don´t know what i would have done without him. but on the brightside everything is sorted. just need to wait till thurs for it to be ready!!!
Today i moved to hostel as the hotel was very lonely and bumped into a guy i travelled with in new zealand. spent all day with him shopping for his family.
I am ok
love you guys lotsXXX
