Panicale: It's definitely "autumn" looking, my, how the landscape has changed in just over three weeks we have been here. 30 October 2017 We arrived back in Panicale late Thursday afternoon just in time for the week-end festival in the village. Celebrating the olive harvest so the village comes to life! More tables/chairs were placed in the village piazza to take advantage of the activities and the expected intake of visitors. Sending catch up to you all, You only just received two blogs, from Cephalonia and Crete, just completed from Panicale. The reason for delay in blogging is the very disappointing internet speed and the outrageous cost by Cunard for internet use on board. I say outrageous because it cost $US1000 just for internet use and only until we found out (about four days on board). Thereafter all blogs stopped.
