We arrived at Koh Lipe to the most beautiful, postcard perfect island, finally found what we've been looking for!! The water was so clear you really didn't have to snorkel to see the marine life swimming around. We spent a gloriously chilled out 6 days here, sun bathing, snorkelling, sipping cocktails, gazing at the clear night skies. As we're moving southward towards Malaysia we've decided to break the journey up by stopping in Koh Lanta, Koh Lipe then on to Langkawi in Malaysia. On the way to Phi Phi we stopped at Ao Nang not the nicest place, very resorty not somewhere we fit in right now. We took a day trip to James bond island which is where The Man with the Golden gun was filmed and we also canoed around mangroves and limestone carsts. Once back in Thailand we stayed one night in Bangkok and as ever enjoyed a few too many beers and said goodbye to Chris who was now off home.
