It was such a beachday today!!

there will be a reason if National Geographic listed "Tutukaka coast" in the best coastlines of the world...

First stage: matapouri bay... awesome white sand beach, with some rocks and trees all around it. Suitable to swim and chill out under the sun. Here in fact the waves are low, due to the rocks at both the sides which are going to protect the beach.

Second stage: marmeid pools.. i leave you imagine why they have this name... just a kind of paradise!! From the end of Matapouri bay begins a track the lead you to the opposite side of the bay... and among the rocks there are these natural pools! One of the most beautiful places that i've ever seen since i'm here!

Third stage: sandy bay.. in the afternoon i moved to sandy bay, about 5 minutes driving from matapouri. It's very famous and noted among the people who love to surf.. in fanct in addition to the fantastic landscape it includes some big and poweful waves that make it a perfect spot to surf.

Coming back to the hostel i enjoyed the company of the backpacker's guys, drinking beers and having great conversations.

After that i found out few tips about my next destination, in order to be ready to enjoy it just from tomorrow!
