Checked out of hotel after breakfast and drove into town. Luckily found a parking space right outside "Rock Temple" so went and had a look. Very good, a church built into a big lump of rock and mostly underground. Went wandering around Helsinki for a while and got hopelessly lost and didn't have a map. By very good luck we eventually found the car so headed straight to ferry terminal. Trip to Tallinn was only 2 hours arriving at 3.40pm, but made the mistake of setting gps before getting on ferry. Have now learned that the water confuses Ken so had to stop at Tallinn terminal and reset gps. Found hotel after a few laps around the block as not really where it said it is. Looked really crappy from outside and is just one floor of a crappy building but the room is fine. Once settled, went for a walk to the old town to get some maps and info. Really nice place. Collected some brochures so had to find somewhere to sit and read. Had a beer each, only 5 euros for both, about $6! Naturally we had to have more to help the Estonian economy. Went to a couple more pubs then had a pizza. I think the total for the night for about 12 beers (500ml), and a huge pizza each that we couldn't eat was about 50 euros. ($58). Back to hotel about 11.30
