Not much to report from Townsville, we elected to give Magnetic Island a miss in favour of a visit to Reef HQ and the IMAX cinema. Reef HQ is the largest living reef aquarium in the world (don't quote me on that but i think it is true) we only went in to spot some of the fish we saw on the dive boat but non the less it was still a good way to while away a few hours. Next was the IMAX cinema where we watched a movie about the moon. Jo is thinking about taking up amateur astronomy and I have had to buy her a book on the stars, black holes and supernovas (I think it is just a phase she is going through). We also took a walk up to the 'Rock Pool' for a swim but it was empty, just our luck eh !!!
