Stephen and Jo Planet Earth...
After spending 4 days eating our fill of Cornettos and Magnums we decided to get up off our backsides and do something. Having acquired our Open Water qualification less than 1 month ago we decided to put it to good use and sauntered off to the nearest dive school (100yds down the beach). We wanted to do a couple of 'fun dives' but were persuaded to sign up for an 'Adventure Divers Course', this consisted of a Deep Dive (18m +), a Boat Dive (just jumping out of the motor boat) and a Drift Dive (hopefully we would see turtles and sharks on this one). 3 dives in 1 day really took it out of us and unfortunately the visability was quite poor (less than 10m) so no shark sightings but we duely completed the course to register our next diving qualification. We spent the rest of our time snorkelling, watching the 'Premiership' and drinking with Cameron & Amelia (2 more lovely Aussies - see you in Melbourne). Next stop Borneo, Jo didn't fancy the 10 hour 'Jungle Train' to Tamen Nagura.
PS hopefully the photos of Koh Phangan, Phuket and KL will be on soon - when we get a decent internet connection
