So I left Melbourne on Friday 30th Feb for the 3 day trip to Sydney!! Day 1 we were meant to stop at Wilsons Prom but couldnt coz of the firse so pretty much drove straight through to Lakes Entrance. Such a pretty town- but a ghost town at night- everything was shut!!
We had fish n chips and then went down the beach (90mile beach) to see the sunset!!

Day 2 we left Lakes Entrance and drove via Jindabyne and Thredbo- two tiny but qaint little towns to get the the Snowy mountains where we climbed Mount Kosciousko (cant spell it!) the highest mountain in Australia! So after 3 hours of strenuous walking we went to our 4* hostel- which had a swimming pool and hot tub!!!!

Had a good night socialising and drinking in the hostel and went to bed a bit merry!!
Day 3 we headed to the nations capital- Canberra and looked around Parliament house before heading off to Sydney!!!

Checked in at Base- our hostel in the evening and just had a chilled night really!!
Day 1 in Sydney- we headed to a few shops in the morning and then Bondai in the aftrenoon- which was nice but a tad cloudy!!! In the evening we went to a bar called The Gaffe- and had the funniest night ever!! Didn't get to bed until about 3am!!

Day 2 Sydney- Tourist day!!!
We headed to Darling Harbour for some lunch on the waterfront and caught the ferry round to Circular Quay- to see the Opera house and the Harbour bridge!!! They were so amazing to see in real life and I went incredibly snap happy!!! We then went to the Aquarium to see the Dugongs!!!! which ive never seen before so that was pretty special- also saw the hugest turtle ever and lots of sharks and a croc too!!
In the eve we grabbed some food from the scary canary (bar) and had a chilled night with a few glasses of wine.

Day 3 Sydney-
This morning I got up early to do a tour of the Sydney Opera house- the inside- which was really interesting and also walked through the Botanical gardens which was pretty!!
Then went to Manly beach for a bit of sunbathing before heading to Mosman Bay to visit Carl, Bettina and their cute son Ben!!! Had a lovely BBQ and catch up before heading back to Circulat Quay on the ferry for some awesome night photos of the Opera house!!
Met up with the group from the bus and we went to The Gaffe again for my last night in Sydney!!! Met up with Michell's Irish friends and yhad such a good night!!! Went to bed a 4am, bus arrived at 6.25am- which is exactly the time i woke up!!! so i missed it and had to leg it down the road to catch up at the office!!!
