So I arrived in Melbourne yesterday where Sheila and Brian very kindly picked me up from the airport!

After a very nice BBQ we went down to the seafront and had the biggest and most colourful Gelati I have ever seen!!!!

Today we went for breakfast at the Brooks- where I had pancakes with strawbwrries andice cream which was extremely yummy!!!! We then wondered through Mornington town so I could update my postcard selection to include Frankston and Mornington!!!

After a sleepy drive to the city, we went to the observation deck at the Rialto tower where Sheila and I stopped for coffee and a biscuit!!!

We then wondered back towards Southbank where we went in a few extremely expensive shops, went to Federation Square, the Theatre and then along to La Camera on the river front for dinner!! Had a gorgeous Pumpkin risotto before heading to the hostel- where I have now checked in and am typing online to you now!!!
Off on the bus 6.30 am tomorrow- will be in Sydney by monday night!!!
