Sorry its been so long guys!! Cant believe I havent finished America yet! Well, after a short and uneventful stay in palm springs (seeing a roadrunner bird that was too fast for kel hence no photo and a really horrible steak was all there was to report) we arrived in San Diego. We set off from Zion early in the morning (about half 10!!!) for a monster drive to the GC. It took almost 6 hours to get there so it was getting on a little bit by the time we arrived, it then took us ages to find somewhere to stop. There were campsites around but we needed power points to charge up the batteries so we could take lots of lovely photos for you guys. So from Vegas we headed up to Utah and into Zion National Park. Once again the scenery was fantastic and it was really hot. We arrived at our campsite, picked a good, flat pitch and promptly put up our tent, on the slopiest part of the pitch. I would have 2 nights waking up pressed against the canvas of our modest tent!!
