Sunday 1st July After a rough night's sleep the alarm went off, not the most pleasant thing in the world at 4:30am! We packed up and waited for the taxi to take us to the travel office; we arrived in good time and waited for someone to tell us where to go. Tuesday 26th June We woke up early to catch our mini bus to Chiang Mai and then onward to get our train. We went back down the ridiculously road again, Stu slept most of the way considering he didn't come in until 7am! His hang over started kicking in later on which was very amusing! We arrived back in Chiang Mai, and stopped off for some food before heading into the train station to wait for our train. It was a long wait! We boarded the train and left at 6pm....

Saturday 23rd June We woke up and got into our minivan pick up; we were advised not to eat anything if you suffer from motion sickness. Monday 18th June We got up nice and early, checked out and walked down the street to where we had brought our ticket from. The lady walked us to the border check out, which was a further minute down the road, put us on a tiny long boat and we passed across the Mekong to Thailand.
