Look at the photo with this blog......that is where I should be now!!!!!!

I´ve been in David for the past two days, the plan was to spend a day here and then go and spend two weeks on the Islands in Bocas Del Toro. Unfortunately in the mountains between David and the place where I get the boat to the islands there had been torrential rain and bad wind for the last three days (while it is sunny in David!). Due to this the roads have been washed out so I´m not getting there anytime soon.

The plan is to sit out the weekend here and perhaps do some day trips around the area (David itself is pretty boring!!!). Hopefully I can get through via bus on Monday and spend 7-8 days on the beach and diving before I have to get to San Jose to catch my flight! At least the beer and food here are cheap.....I shouldn´t this isbasically the only major change of itinery that has been forced upon me since I left Aus in June last year.

At the hostel over a few beers one of the girls I was talking to mentioned the Panamax dummies in Panama City.....see I´m not a perve, everyone notices these freaky things!
