Still sore from riding the day prior, we returned in the morning to Wonderful Ecuador to book in white water rafting for the afternoon, the idea being that, after the core and leg workout atop a horse, the arms may be feeling left out. Alas, it turns out that the rafting expedition was a morning only thing, and had departed just before our arrival. At a loss for how to spend the day, the organiser-of-tours (official title) recommended that we head up to La Casa del Arbol, a treehouse in the mountains above Banos featuring the "Swing at the End of the World". We took his advice and climbed aboard a bus to the site. Upon arrival we were greeted with more magnificent view of Banos and not much else, La Casa being largely a tourist attraction and not much else. After a look around and a swing on the swing, we returned to Banos and crashed, the bus ride catching up on us, for the rest of the day.
