After breakfast, we took the Subte to Cathedral and walked the rest of the way to the port in Puerto Madero. For whatever reason, I was feeling flatter than a pancake so motivating myself was difficult, even after lunch at am espresso cafe (bullet sandwich and chips) was not enough. But we continued on, walked around the edge of the biological reserve (it was closed we later found out) where we found birds with long legs, Jesus birds that walk on water, and a lizard.

Continuing our walk, we found a Contemporary Art Museum (also closed, refurbishments), and so continued up out of Puerto Madero into Retiro where we found more frappes (Starbucks this time), and a park full of fluffy dogs.

Though we had ruled out dinner because frappes were eaten/drank? so late in the afternoon, we wound up getting a salad and some desserts from the supermarket and crashing early.
