From Antigua we then headed to San Pedro on Lake Atitlan. Decided to stay in the best hotel in SP, as all of the other places we were showed were the pits and i wouldnt even let a dog stay there!! Completely forgot to tell you about our xmas. We headed to Antigua which is a lovely Italian style town. We met some Aussies on the way there and all went drinking on Xmas eve. Then xmas day made the fatal mistake of deciding to climb the active volcano of Pacaya and to make it worse we had a hangover!!! well what an adventure this was. Quick update while we have the internet... Today we went to the hotspring waterfalls, outside Rio Dulce. Was pretty amazing although our bus ride there wasnt! We had to get on a chicken minibus that is only meant 14 people but they decided to cram 28 people plus a live bloody turkey.
