Completely forgot to tell you about our xmas.

We headed to Antigua which is a lovely Italian style town. We met some Aussies on the way there and all went drinking on Xmas eve. Then xmas day made the fatal mistake of deciding to climb the active volcano of Pacaya and to make it worse we had a hangover!!! well what an adventure this was. It took 2 hours to get to the top and at this point the sun had completely done down and was ptich black!! To make matters worse i had previously left my torch in the cabana in Mexico so had to come back done in the pitch black. Jo on the otherhand had a torch but it was as useless as anything and might as well not bothered with it. The views whilst walking up the volcano were amazing and it was pretty unreal to see lava coming down the side of the volcano so close to where we were all walking, it was quite scary to be honest.

Whilst attempting to get down the volcano in the ptich black i proceeded to fall down the the molton rock, swearing my head off and landed on my right elbow, which was really badly bruised and still hurting to this day. This is not to mention my sprained ankle which is now swollen and hurts everytime i walk on it for more than an hour, god damn those bloody cleaners at Kurt Geiger, who i will be sueing when i get back!!

Anyhow we made back down at 8:30pm and was shattered but def well worth the bruises and the very sore ankle. Great experience, which we will def never forget.
