Hey Everyone... Bangkok Part 2,

Just a small blog to report on todays antics - we half jokingly decided last night, after a few beers, that we both wanted to see what it was like to get a tattoo in the more traditional way of Bamboo. So, today, when we woke up there were a few taunts along the lines of "Are you chickening out? No, are you?!... No".

We ended up heading to an internet cafe to print off some designs and proverbs. Before we knew it, we were venturing to the tattoo shop and getting them done! Kie's on the inside of his foot translates to "he who keeps company with the wolf will learn how to howl" meaning it's better to be alone than in bad company or if we associate with bad companions we, too, will become bad and many more twists on choose your friends carefully. Sophie's translates to "never put off till tomorrow what can be done today; seize the opportunity".

Our next plans are to head from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi and then work our way North to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai before heading into Laos. We will keep you updated.
