Friday 1st February

It would have been a month left before we return back to UK if we stuck to the original date of returning. However good job that we didn't plan to do that cos we still have got plenty to explore in Oz!

We decided that it was about time to do another laundry as we were running out of clothes already! We then finished off the last part of uploading onto our website and now we can announce that we are FINALLy up to date on our travels!

We went back into the city for Lisa to order more set of contact lenses which she will have to return again on Monday to collect.

Before we went out to the city, we bumped into someone who we went on the Whitsunday Sailing weekend with us, had a brief catch up and exchanged mobile numbers to arrange to meet up for drinks.

We then searched for the jobs on the internet and mostly were for long-term positions where we were hoping to work for only a month or so. We are thinking to leave Brisbane and see if we could do fruit-picking or farm work that would be obviously outside Brisbane. The only best option for us is to find a hostel that do a job desk where they would help you find a job, rather joining a job club and wait for the job to turn up!

Daniel also booked us extra 2 nights for the hostel we are staying. We were meant to check out by tomorrow but we decided to stay for extra 2 nights before deciding what to do.

We lazed around, being on the internet and watched a dvd in the evening.
