Tuesday 8th January We had to get up at 6am to prepare to walk to the Harbour to check in at 7.30am. It was still terrible weather with rain pouring down. We were afraid that we would not be able to see well in the sea. It wasn't how we picture to be snorkelling in the sea. Monday 7th January Up early for the 8.25am pick up to take us to the Skyrail. We were really dissapointed with the weather as it was raining with clouds everywhere. We knew that we wouldn't be able to see the rainforest very well from the height in Skyrail. However it was a good job that we took the scenic flight yesterday when the weather was decent for us to view the reef from the top! Sunday 6th January Today was our first day of the activities that we have booked. It was the 45mins scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef. we were worried about the weather condition cos we found out that there was meant to be thunderstorms and that it may be cancelled. Friday 4th January We checked out and waited for the 10.30am airport shuttled that we have booked yesterday with the reception.
