Tuesday 25th Sept

Early wake up call at 6am! Last time checking our emails while we still got the free internet access. Lindsay took us to the bus station which we arrived at 7.30am. We said our goodbyes and made our way to pick our tickets up. While we were waiting, the staff asked us where we were going. Suddenly the bus was very early, 8am! We were unsure cos we weren't expecting to leave till 8.40am. We hoped that we were still on the right bus till we arrived to Phoenix which its the place to change our bus to Flagstaff.

We arrived to Phoenix very early (1hr and 30mins early!) You could say that its faster and better service than Amtrak BUT on bad side of it, its very cramped and not comfortable! We waited for our next bus (11.40am) It was on time, thank goodness. Plenty of spaces/seats on the coach, we were pleased with it so far!

We arrived to Flagstaff Station at 2.40pm. While we were waiting for someone from the hostel to pick us up, we thought to book our next bus stop to Las Vegas from Flagstaff, this Friday. Once sorted, we were still waiting until we gave up, we decided to walk to the hostel. It was difficult to find where our hostel was because there were no map we could use from the bus station.

Luckily Lisa asked somebody for the directions to Amtrak Station as we knew that our hostel was near it. They pointed us to the right direction and then we found it at last. We went in and a staff took us around to show where everything were. Our room was nice and got the room to ourselves so far! After we sorted ourselves, we decided to do food shopping so we walked to the supermarket. It was very far away and we felt quite knackered! We shopped around and in the end after a hour, we have spent under $30 which was good budget.

We headed back to the hostel and started cooking our meal as we were so hungry! After that, just a chillout evening, watching tv for few hours.
