Saturday 15th Sept Its the day of the baseball game, Chicago White Sox vs LA Angels! We have been looking forward to experience the game and to be part of the american culture! Friday September 14th Just a quiet day, sorting things out while we had a chance at Adaire's e.g doing the laundry. We managed to wash our clothes as well as ironing! Once it was all done, just basically lazing around watching tons of tv shows! Though in the evening, we did bit of researching on few stops that we are going to make in USA. Thursday 13th Sept We just had a chill out at Adaire's. We went swimming at next door's pool. It was so cold that it took us a while to get used to the temperature of the water! Messed around for a couple of hours. Sunbathed for a while in the back garden. Adaire then took us to the local park to feed the ducks. We also took Wookie with us for a walk around. He was so excited and strong with pulling Adaire on the lead! We had fun on the swing bridge!

Wednesday Sept 12th Adaire drove us to Normal Bloomington to get our Amtrak rail pass where we can hop on and off any time as long as we travel westbound. Unfortunately we left our passports behind as we didn't realise that we would need it to purchase the tickets.
