Hi all, Got up today and had a lazy breakfast at a local cafe. I am staying in a bazaar area very close to the railway station and where most travellers hang out. Got chatting to an Israeli and also a guy, Simon, from Colchester. Was a good laugh and breakfast turned into a 3 hour chatting session about buying Indian made Royal Enfields and shipping them back to the UK. Now theres an idea. Agra - Sunday 24th February 2008 Up again early to have another peak of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop, then out to the same restaurant I went to last evening for breakfast. Agra - Saturday 23rd February 2008 Up at pretty much the crack of dawn to go onto the rooftop of my little hotel to see the Taj Mahal. A Fantastic view of the place and cant believe that my little hotel is so close. Agra - 22nd February 2008 The train was a simple delight! Train travel in India is meant to be good as per the Lonely Planet and something I have always wanted to do (yes I know I am a bit of a trainspotter!) The carriages were fine, the beds comfy - a man came around with more pillows and blankets - lovely - the air con worked and regular visits of food and drinks service.
