We have just completed our epic 5 day trekking mission of the dientes de la Navarino extended circuit. This trek encompassed 6 alpine and sub alpine Passes to guide us through an amazing range of peaks, viewing from various angles. on a supposed trail which included snow, mud, large rocks, small rock, cow s*** we struggle to make ground averaging about 1km/hour. After a day in Valparaiso and vina DEl mar we caught our flight down to punta arena in patagonia! I found cargo shipping company to Navarino Island which allows a small amount of passengers. After contacting them we found that the boat we caught was leaving the same day as we arrived. we are now on route for puerta Williams where we are going to trek the dientes de la Navarino. To start the adventure Today we arrived in Santiago. Pretty cool city. Took the metro and bus to city centre and found our hostel. After the adrenaline wore off, we had a well earned early night after dinner.
