Just finished a Nicaraguan coffee and thought we would fill u in on the past few days. It took us a ferry and taxi ride to get to Granada an we were pleasantly surprised. We had to lug our packs around town to a few different places before we found one available. Granada is really old and has so much history. We really enjoyed just walking around the streets and interacting with the local market vendors.
Around lunchtime we took 2 buses to Leon, where we are now. We had heard it was better than Granada but we don't think so. It still is unfinished from all its turbulent history but we did go to te biggest Cathedral in Central America. amazing compared to modern day architecture - well we think so. We are staying here for 2 nights as our hostel has a pool and sick of buses:) Sarah is getting darker and looking more Latino so should keep us safe.
