After a good nights sleep (the street is noisy with buskers during the night), we took the number 15 tram (yes, like Melbourne's modern trams) down to Belem. We visited Jeronimo Monastery, a fortress & a monument to important people. All very impressive.then on to bakery for Belem tarts-really great. We had 2 each really nice. Arrive in Lisbon around 7.30pm & took a bus to 'Traveller's House' hostel. Got there around 8:30 pm. Home sweet home...we have finally got internet. Our private room is very simple, the hosts are most helpful and the communal areas are very cool. Guests from every country and of all ages. Help yourself to tea & coffee at any time. We are in a great area...Rua de Ausgusta. Right near the beach and there is an archway to a great square just metres away.

Last day in Paris . Went to Cafe Flore. Just like something out of a Renoir painting . Really nice . Went to the station to get instructions on getting to Orly airport- seemed simple enough.
