We've been at the Lotus hotel for Three nights now it's a lot closer to the beach and shops ,and Bangla Road.Its a really nice hotel,clean with freindly staff,only downfall is that none of the tv's work on the 5th floor.Weve hired a motorbike from reception (250 baht a day).We drove up to see the big Buddha it was a fair distance up some of the steepest hills I've ever seen,yet well worth a visit even though it's still not finished.So after a lot off driving around we've spent a few days lazing on the beach we've found a nicer quieter beach called Kalim beach further up than Patong.Its less busy and the sea seems to be more colourful,with one of the best chicken stalls around.Last night we headed to Bangla road and yes we got drunk as hell buckets of vodka (250 Baht) they went down a treat!!!!.then ended up across the road in a pole dancing bar,and yes we was straight on em lol, the girls in these bar are the craziest I've met not to mention the nicest there allways up for a good laugh,and boy did we laugh !!!A Good Night was had by all wich I will never forget.Weve booked our bus for Khao Lak its cost 450 baht each and takes around 3hours we leave Phuket on Wednesday .Its just starting to dawn on me that we have only 12 days left its gone so fast .
