Hi everyone....this will be our last journal entry to give you an update on where we have been since we left Barcelona for Rome. Rome was excellent. We did loads of sightseeing and visited the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Vatican, and lots of fountains and buildings. We have been city hopping in Europe since we left Japan. Helsinki - was pretty cold, we did some sight seeing but then decided that drinking coffee was a much better option. Had a great time in Kobe, we visited Himeji Castle which was amazing, a really good example of a Japanese Castle and you can really imagine what it would have been like when it was in use. We spent four days in Hong Kong which was really good, we went to Disney Land and saw Mickey Mouse and did loads of street walking and people watching. We are now in Kobe in Japan. Spent 3 days in Tokyo which is brilliant, saw some temples and visited Shibuya (the busiest crossing in the world) and people watched for hours. We have spent the last ten days travelling through Vietnam. Hanoi was ace, we really enjoyed it we visted Ho Chi Minhs mausoleum and the gardens for his house which were beautiful, the one pillar pagoda and the Temple of Literature.
