Today we were literally too lazy to do anything other than follow Matthew on CNN and relax at the hotel. So there. :)

Today we visited the French quarter of Hanoi - sampled two more museums, which were nice and had a stroll by the lake, leading to a lovely pagoda. We spent the afternoon and evening relaxing at the hotel.

This morning started with a crazy torrential rain, so we started out and enjoyed the luxuries at the hotel, instead - lounge, pool and more great.

After a well-deserved night sleep and an amazing breakfast, we rested a bit and took the shuttle into town. We visited the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the nearby pagoda and museum, got semi lost wile searching for the citadel and made it back to the hotel for some crazy lounge, pool and rest. A fine day. 😁

After a well needed night sleep, we've had a lovely breakfast and headed out to check out some nearby museums in the French Quarter. We first visited the little section of the department of geological resources of Vietnam. They have a little free entrance museum, which includes some stones and drawings. We then had a little walk and visited the lovely Women's museum, which was mainly of local costumes. Lovely. Then we've rested a bit in the hotel and took a taxi ...
