Some days are just plain awesome. It's as simple as that.
Today was one of the (if not THE) most enjoyable day ever! :)
We took a long metro ride to Guangzhou safari, which is the biggest one in Asia!
And it is big. BIGTIME! :)
While it is actually a mixture of a zoo, some animals shows and a safari, what struck us the most was the amazing proximaty of the animals to us.
We were meters away from most carnivors, centimeters away from other animals (including most herbavors) and literally a millimiter away from monkeys, pandas, kualas, goats, giraffs, elephants, turtles, swans and so on.
We arrived at the safari at apx. 12:30 at noon, and left at around 17:00 - and believe it or not - we managed to see EVERYTHING!
This place is a pure heaven for kids, but even more - to adults as well. We had such a great time, despite the heat (apx. 32 degrees with 70-80 percent humidity).
We tooks well over 500 pictures and I'll hopefully upload some soon.
As I said in the first sentence of this post - some days are just plain awesome. We never had this pure bliss since our visit of Expo Shanghai last year.
