Hi from Paul and Sheryl! We are travelling through Asia via DUBAI, starting in Malaysia - KL - then off to Cambodia to see the wonderful Angkor Wat. We then plan to take a bus to Thailand to meet up with our man in Pattaya. After that we will take a sleeper train back down into Malaysia to hang out round the Penang area. Then flights Penang to Medan (Sumatra) and off to Tuk-Tuk (Lake Toba!) then fly to Bandung (Java) to see Borobodur, Yogyakarta and the Bromo (volcanic region)... th…

@Martine. The place is a good adress to stay, the (third) mosque he was talking about only plays on monday (he forgot to mention that). So in the morning he couldn't be waked up from that one!
And back then, there were five dogs en these days there only two left (and very quit).

Beer, birds, breakfast and the beach, followed..beer, birds, brea.. You get my drift. I agree Pattaya is most definitely a strange old place. A beer is half the price it is back home, Guy's dress as ladies, and are often prettier than the ladies back home, and all day breakfast is actually served all day!

That beach!!!!!!!!! On a wet and miserable Saturday I am not sure that it cheered me up or made me depressed lol. At least I can say that in exactly 4 weeks time our plane will be landing in Turkey. Yayyyyyyyy! Thank you for the Sherpa Anderson photo - love the look on Paul's face.. looks like one of those photos taken of intrepid explorers of a bygone age! Take care... Jan xx

Hi u two. Your blog about the volcanoe was brill. You are both getting to see some really amazing sights. Have just finished my two week hols with Neil. was lovely we just chilled out, went for days out and generally just enjoyed ourselves. went far to quick though, don't know where the time goes. Am on a serious diet now, as we did quite a bit of outdoor activities whilst we are out and am now in the zone for exercise. Looking forward to catching up with everyone now, and hopefully work won't be too bad! Was OK but very hectic when I broke up. Can't wait to catch up with you both. take care. love Ang and Neil xxx
