Sawadee everyone! (hello from thailand)

We arrived safely yesterday to Mum & Dad's place in Jomtien about 6.30pm, needless to say we weren't in time for a swim as forgot the sun goes down around the same time!

We were so shattered from jetlag that we couldn't be bothered doing much so went for a thai meal over the road from the beach and then had a much needed foot massage for an hour costing 4 quid then had an early night.

we slept like the dead last night and didnt get up till 12.30 today. not really done much today either, went for a swim then hit the beach all day, its 6.15pm here now. si has found the gym and giving it a go as we speak.

Si attracts the nutters here though, we were on the beach today and people come round trying to sell you everything from glasses, to sweetcorn and fake tattoos. You just say no thankyou and go about doing what you were doing. Well they don't listen to simon...ha ha... this tattoo man wanted to give si a fake henna tatoo and si kept saying no thankyou but the man wouldn't here of it and started drawing on his arm... all the while si is saying no more thank you.... si ended up with a tattoo which we were told said "muay thai" in thai wirting which means thai kick boxing, but probably says im a gay boy! i couldn't help laughing as si ended up having to pay for it aswell, so when the man had gone si ran into the sea to wash it off but still has the remining inscription...ha ha..hopefully it will wash off in a few days.

we are going out to celebrate tonight as we feel more human today. anyway will update in a few days as dont expect to do much whilst in pattaya except chill.
