I've already counted three MacDonald's and one Sbarro (I didn't realize that Michael Scott's favourite NYC pizza joint was still in business) within walking distance, so if I need a North American food fix it shouldn't be too difficult...because that's why you come to Tokyo...for the Sbarro's.
