Hello I am sat in Federation Square in hot sunshine waiting for Pete who is purchasing tickets for the tallest building Eureka Building. Reading back I do realise how much like Dad I sound and so I probably am Dad reborn!!! Last day in Melbourne today off up north tomorrow to meet Louise and Ross. Well another fantastic trip. We went out to Phillip island which is just off to the east of Melbourne and is linked to the mainland by a bridge. The island itself is beautiful with very nice houses and lots of green spaces. We went to see the tiny penguins come home from the sea and return to their burrows. It was quite a sight. Apologies for my rant yesterday, we seemed to have a day where everything we did was not going to happen quite as we anticipated.
