After our early start for Frazer island yesterday we took things easy this morning. Again the sun was out and the sky was blue. We had a leisurely breakfast then Bill and Sue took us out in the car to show us the area. We drove south along the coast as far as Mooloobara where we stopped and had a coffee then returned to Noosa where we had a couple of hours on the beach. Pete was delighted as he was able to hire a body board, so he went in the surf for an hour. The rest of us jumped in the waves. The sea was lovely and warm. We saw the hotel where Catherine was staying, in fact her tour bus was parked outside. She was visiting Frazer island today.
In Australia the supermarkets are not allowed to sell alcohol so they have bottle shops. Bill took us to a bottle shop which was twice as big as Lidl. Pete thought he was in heaven. Never seen so much booze from all corners of the world.
