Its Saturday today and still in Wanaka.The weather was so good we decided to stay until Thursday and do more walking, then we met up with an English couple and a German guy we met in Lake Takepo so decided to stay until Friday.Then Friday we realised there was a big music festival going on in the town on Saturday so decided to stay until Sunday.The concert is sold out but those without tickets just party on the beech alongside the where the concert is going on, so that's where we are going to go to this evening.We can actually hear the music from the campsite so only really going to beach for the atmosphere.

Yesterday while Dai went walking with Fred (the German guy) I went to puzzle world with Carl and Sandra (the English couple).Puzzle world was fun there were rooms full of illusions and there was a maze where you had to get to get to 4 towers one in each corner, this took us less than 30 minutes but it then took us almost another hour to find our way back out.

After going back and having a cold beer to recover from all the walking in the maze we went to the cinema to watch the new Sherlock Holmes film.The cinema was different to the norm, it had all sofa's for the first 4 or 5 rows, a Morris Minor car on one side and airoplane chairs for seats up the other side and 2 rows of normal cinema seats at the back, then the film stopped halfway through and you could order pizza and drinks etc if you wanted.

Definitely leaving Wanaka tomorrow and heading towards Fox Glacier, hope the weather is as good there as it has been here.
