As of time of writing I am sitting on a bench on a volcano, which is within walking distance of my hostel, watching the sunset over Auckland. It may or may not be an active volcano. I've missed a day due to a fun filled plane flight. I think I am 12 hours in front of uk time roughly. Well I've arrived in New Zealand. Which is the start of me going solo. It kinda reminds me of Kent. Just much much nicer and cleaner and quieter. Although I am doing the country a massive disservice.
