Wake up with a real nice lay in first in ages at around half 9. Go down to the 'restaurant' downstairs and speak with the family who speak no English so having to try to sort in the middle of nowhere to Hue was quite a mission. They said they would take me to a bus stop 20km away I didn't know where I was going as the nearest big town I thought a bus station would be was in Da Nang or behind me. Nevertheless had a shower with the biggest spider I've seen in my life looks like me using nearly a can of deodorant on the monster last night didn't kill it! Packed my stuff up and got on the back of this guys moped to this 'bus stop'. Got to the side of the road and we got off. Literally the side of the road I was worried I would get dropped off to an even more random place but in no less than 5 minutes, a bus got waved down with a sign on the front - Hue. Couldn't believe my luck they obviously knew what they were on about but the Google Translate wasn't great for it. So got the bus with all the locals and on Google maps it said it was for 3 hours to Hue so let the boys know I was on my way! Got to Hue and it was very touristy, but lovely the sun was shining I got a lift after the bus by moped to the Hue Backpackers Hostel, dropped my stuff got some money out and then headed to the beach to meet the lads. Got here about half 3 so still hot on the beach. Met the boys which was greeted by cheers ha! Missed these guys even just for a night. They were with Anja, Jessie, Boyan, Coen and Esther - all Dutch which is no surprise anymore haha except Anja who is German. All chilled on the beach, started raining so we went back and sorted a trip tomorrow and just had some food and drinks at the hostel and then in town, everywhere shuts at 11 so no heavy session!
