Well here we are at LAX waiting to catch our flight, quick trip down from San Francisco and a few hours wait, bags checked in and once again we are sitting in the gutter having a smoke (unlike New York when we had to sit in gutter and eat our donuts).

Will be good to see everyone, 41/2 weeks is a long time to be away from home but we have enjoyed every minute of our trip, can't pick a favorite place really, loved them all.

LA is so spread out, lots of good places and some not so good, Las Vegas is well....Las Vegas...loved it so much, New York was where I wanted to visit the most, and it did not disappoint, San Francisco was hit and miss, once we got to see things like Alcatraz, Alamo Square and Lombard Street it got better.
