Fantastic flight, only 12 hours, met up with Steven and Bev at LAX , hotel is in the heart of Hollywood, this place is very dirty, went to Macca's, could not see the floor for food, Hard Rock for lunch, had a nap, now for some more exploring. Will do the hop on hop off bus tour tomorrow, maybe go to Santa Monica beach, but it is cold here, don't think I packed enough warm clothes, optimistically thought LA would be warmer, oh well, guess I need to go shopping ( says quietly so Rob doesn't hear ...lol) luv to u all
