We arrived to Byron Bay today just after lunch, we have now left Queensland and are now in New South Wales, once we had checked in and done our shopping we went for a guided walk through a rainforest to Cape Byron, at the top of it is a lighthouse that was made in 1901. The view from up there was amazing, you could look over Byron Bay on one side and the Tasman sea on the other, we also walked to the most easterley point in Australia, from there you just overlooked the ocean for miles and you could see the curve in the earth. From there we walked across the beach at sunset took some cool pictures and headed back to the hostel. Tomorrow body boarding, will be interesting!!
