Hello Everybody! Well i certainly have had a mad few days! We decided to stay in Koa Tao for a few more days and do the advanced diving course which included a few more dives, one was down to 30 metres which was rather funny as the deeper you go you get more nitrogen in your blood which is called nitrogen narcosis and it makes you feel really drunk and silly under the water! Need less to say Jenny and i were the worst and we were really messing around! We also did a night dive which was bloody scary as you have to jump into the pitch black water and you dont know whats around you! It was a really brilliant experience though and the last dive was amazing as Jen and i swam with a sea turtle! We were filmed and have brought the dvd so will show you all soon as i return! We left Koa Toa which was sad as we really liked it there and made some good friends but we had to move on to come to Ko Phangyan where we are now. I am writing this with the shakes and a hangover from hell as we went to a full moon party last night., the biggest beach party in the world-it was absolutely brilliant! The beach was packed with people and it was certainly a night to remember. We were drinking these drinks out of buckets called Sangsom which is Thai whiskey, red bull and coke-they are bloody mental and play havoc with your stomach! The first day in Ko Phangan was a nightmare as we had no where to stay and ended up in a hut right up in the jungle which was hell! You had to climb up a mountain to get there and the insects were unbelievable, i had the worst night sleep of my life and really found it tough, i wanted to be at home in my cosy bed but i suppose you have to take the rough with the smooth! Any way we found somewhere else to stay yesterday which is on the beach! I sprained my ankle 3 days ago and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to carry my backup and staying in the jungle in a hut on stilts! I was nearly in tears a few times! We are going to Ko Samui tomorrow which is an hours boat ride away and we are going to take it really easy-no drink for me for a while!
