Well my flight to Aberdeen was fine except it was delayed in taking off due to fog in Amsterdam, then it was delayed in landing due to heavy fog in Aberdeen, so we were slightly late getting there. Then I got my rent-a-car sorted, to find that it was away being cleaned so I had to wait in the cold till it arrived. By this time I was a good 45 minutes late for getting to Dad's and Shirley's. However I got there in the end and they were super surprised and happy to see me.

I chilled there for maybe an hour then took in my bags and headed out to surprise Nicola and mum. Nicola, being her usual laid back self, didn't seem too surprised to see me but was happy all the same (I hope haha). She had to nip out n pick up Josh from school so I watched Kaci for a half hour, and boy she has grown, and she's so beautiful!! Josh hasn't changed any, he's still a tough nut to crack!! Mum was super surprised/confused and happy to see me too. I stayed at mum's for an hour then it was back to base camp for supper, then it was time to surprise Katie!! I left it till dark as I couldn't think how else to creep up her drive and surprise her without her or the dogs seeing or hearing me in daylight! So I drove up slowly then turned out my car lights and left my car outside her gate. I climbed carefully over her gate and crept up the gravel driveway being careful not to make too much noise. She was in the garage having a smoke so I crept even more carefully past the garage door, then banged nice n loud on the front door to make the dogs go crazy. She cracked the front door open ever so slightly, being creeped out by someone appearing at her door without the dogs hearing! And as soon as she saw it was me she flung the door open and gave me a massive hug... So I think that was a successful surprise all round :-)

Tomorrow I have even more people to visit, and hopefully surprise, if I can avoid being found out... But time now to sleep. Night night.
