I arrived on Koh Phi Phi on the 20th after a small boat ride from Krabi. The boat ride was alright, except for the rain, I was really hoping it would stay away for my time in Phi Phi or I was going to leave pretty quickly. After spending last night playing Dominoes till gone midnight, I had a little bit of a lie in this morning before joining Matt for breakfast (well more of an early lunch since it was already 11 am!) before his flight to Kuala Lumpur. I will admit I am a little jealous that he's going to be going to Borneo and I am almost tempted to break into my Australia fund and do the same... I will admit I was sad to leave Koh Tao but more than ready as I wanted to see something new. However, I am not so sure I was prepared for the journey to my new destination of Krabi. It started off well, we got picked up on time by the taxi pick up truck to take us to the pier, at which point we had to exchange our tickets for a boat ticket. The sea was already choppy and the boat was swaying from side to side as we tried to board. I have never been on a sleeper...

Spending 12 days on Koh Tao has been amazing, but it really is time for me to move on to somewhere else. Last night saw me party yet again in style with Kimberly, this time with much less alcohol involved but still a get in time of 3 am. D'Oh. Going to be so tired after breaking the golden rule of NOT going out the night before travelling on somewhere else! I am going to miss Koh Tao and the electricity shortages, dodgy phone lines and Internet connections...wai...

After completing the Advanced Open Water course I will admit I have been at a little bit of a loss as of what to do with myself over the past couple of days.
