After saying bye to the girls I met in Brisbane I hopped on another greyhound bus and headed to a place called Maroochydore which was just for one night to break up the long journey to Hervey Bay.

I arrived around lunchtime and was picked up by the courtesy bus and taken to my hostel.

The hostel was cute,rooms small but still nice, and fine for just a quick stay like mine!

I headed to the kitchen to make some lunch seen as I had skipped breakfast and two guys,one from Australia and one from Ireland introduced themselves and invited me to join them by the pool.I decided to take a quick walk to the river first which you can swim in or hire kayaks on and chilled there for a while before heading back to the hostel pool to join the other people.

The group was nice, most of them were working in the area and had been at the hostel a while.We all bought some beers and chilled in the gardens for a good few hours chatting and sharing stories until the weather closed in and the thunderstorm hit! A few of us watched the storm before moving inside!!

We carried on drinking inside, played pool, cards and some played drinking games! Normally I would but I had to be up early for my bus and didn't fancy it with a hangover! Lightweight!! Ha!!

The next morning I was up early, had my free breakfast and headed back to the bus stop ready for my journey to Hervey Bay :-)
