We left the RV site and headed for Highway one down to the Big Sur, it is an infamous road which goes down the Pacific coast and is well known for its sheer cliff drops and spectacular scenery! This was going to be a test on my driving skills in the RV and my head for heights. It was a great drive some fantastic stop off points with amazing photo opportunities, it would have been a great drive in a sports car not so much in the big beast ha! We stopped at the BigSur and Pfeiffer state park where there were some impressive waterfalls into the sea. We called at a restaurant/bar which had been recommended to us called Nepanthe which overlooked a cove with sea lions in, the views were lovely! We drove inland towards kings canyon after changing our route away from Yosemite due to severe weather warnings it was snowing and roads were closed! We decided to chase the sun instead and head south...
